Recently, PETROFUND welcomed a new cohort of scholarship beneficiaries for the 2026 academic year. The students, who are pursuing various engineering degrees and petroleum geoscience programmes were oriented on their scholarship benefits and responsibilities.
Welcoming the students in Windhoek, PETROFUND Chief Executive Officer, Nillian Mulemi encouraged them to seize the opportunity presented by the scholarship and remain committed to academic excellence throughout their studies.
About 100 students are expected to benefit from PETROFUND’s flagship scholarship programme this year, which supports studies in disciplines relevant to the oil and gas industry.
