A team led by the newly appointed Country Manager for Azule Energy, Giovanni Aquilina paid a courtesy call on PETROFUND CEO Nillian Mulemi and her team in Windhoek on Thursday.
The purpose of the meeting was for Aquilina to introduce himself and brief the PETROFUND team on the company’s plans to establish a local office in Namibia while exploring opportunities to collaborate with the Fund on capacity development initiatives.
Mulemi welcomed the Azule Energy delegation and congratulated Aquilina on his new role as well as the company’s commitment to local upliftment.
Azule Energy is an international oil and gas company with a joint venture stake in Petroleum Exploration Licence 85.
